Vegan & GF Anti-Cellulite Smoothie



This vegan and gluten-free green smoothie is packed with nutrient-rich ingredients like spinach, avocado, and flaxseeds. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

Instructions:

In a blender, combine spinach, cucumber, avocado, flaxseeds, ginger, lemon juice, almond milk, and pineapple chunks

Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if necessary to reach desired consistency

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately
