White Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies



These White Chocolate Chip and Cranberry Cookies combine sweet white chocolate with tart cranberries. They're soft and chewy, and they're ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition

Stir in the vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined

Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed in the cookie dough

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Using a cookie scoop or a spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
